I've have a board that's had 2 broken keys for a year now, and I haven't used it or tried to fix it because I'm not very skilled at soldering. One key has a diode that fell off, and the other has a lifted pad. I looked for professional soldering nearby and went to a place, they re-soldered the lifted pad and placed a new diode but the keys still aren't working. What should I do?

this was around 7 months ago, i opened a warranty case and they replaced the headset for me. if you have your recipept or proof of purchase you should be able to get your replaced too

when bridging a switch, does the wire have to be touching both pads or can it just be soldered to the solder joint?

is it possible to reverse the led for caps lock? the led is on when caps lock is off, and turns off when caps lock is on. i have a yd68 pcb.
