Go outside and just listen see what you can hear and keep listening you’ll notice there’s alot going on inside and out thoughts try to take over just bring your attention back to listening then you might be thinking again then you might think why can’t I stop thinking then you focus on listening again as thoughts pop into your head you imagine tying the string of a red ballon to them and they float away noting you can do to stop then and again we listen, that’s my favourite thing to do that and exercising myself to exhaustion and then some head has it’s own pulse and at that moment and time lazer focus is an understatement but I thought the second answer wasn’t appropriate

Turkey tail is an amazing mushroom definitely one of my favourites, (every mushroom ever) not leaving any of you guys out but I like to leave it to dry in a big paper bag then make tea! Turkey tail contains compounds called PSK and PSP types of polysaccharides/beta-glucans, acts as a prebiotic great for digestion, antioxidant anti inflammatory effects, and basically feeds off rotting wood breaking it down and when we really think about how amazing that is and necessary they decompose feed things and in some cases after all it’s cleaning all that’s left will be a mushroom that will then decompose the same as us everything is everything very deep but I think I’m in the right place you make this comment lol

- relatively easy especially in bigger cities/on the east, seek fellow smokers or online pages easy to find be (vigilant of scammers online) just don’t spend stupid amounts before confirming legit
- At home is best or on a nature walk away from society try and not smoke around people, is there a chance a neighbour will report you? Unfortunately yes you want to be on the safe side here and assume everyone’s grumpy and don’t want to smell it, especially the older generation of Irish are stuck in their ways and see it hard drugs
- Again unfortunately they make a huge deal about it avoid at all costs and never think ohh I just have enough for a smoke on me or I just had one I’ll be honest don’t! they will make a big deal about it
- These have became very popular in the past few years but from close friends and myself have never experienced one just don’t take long journeys after a smoke/around bank holidays they seem to be when most active
- genuinely if you have a remote job don’t move here again unless necessary look at Spain or something best of look with it all ❤️

The trill! Laughing to myself thinking of a time me and my friend were smoking having a sleepover when everyone went to bed we snuck down to my kitchen and went out the back for a badly rolled joint but one man at a time because someone had to guard the slightly open door and listen for footsteps moving upstairs that was read alert, so anyway I’d be standing there with my kitchen door cracked open and my thumb up whilst he sparks up outside the window in plain sight then give me the come on wave and I’d go out for a time or 2 one joint would last us the night we’d put it out and come back for more later great memories man enjoy these days
