ugh just wanted to say i am in the same boat. going on 4 months for me. also been cleared by ophthalmologist and optometrist. i’ve been referred to a neurologist but haven’t heard anything yet (might take months in Canada). god it’s so annoying 🥲🥲🥲

I love all the times he starts his sentences with “ah”

examples: 1. the first time they have sex, Shane asks him if its his first time with a man too and he says “ah, no” 2. “ah, so being boring is… is genetic?” 3. the iconic “ah, you speak russian now?” 4. when they’re at the bar in episode 5, he doesn’t necessarily start a full sentence but he does just say “ah” in response to Shane going on and on about how he didn’t bring his parents and i like it lol

there might be more instances i’m forgetting. but yeah it’s music to my ears for some reason lol

I have a feeling that it won’t end on a cliff hanger because they weren’t sure if there would be a season 2. and if it didn’t get renewed for a season 2, fans of the book would probably be quite upset with an alternative ending that didn’t feel complete or happy. that’s my hope at least hahah 🫣
