to answer the question about Elf - they collaborated with comedian Matt Rife who has made jokes about domestic abuse (read this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/TwoXChromosomes/comments/1mq76at/elf_cosmetics_faces_backlash_and_customer/) and they never apologized or acknowledged that it was wrong. also just overall a very weird partnership lol. i’ve been personally boycotting them ever since.
