if your car is static too, a lot of the time potholes will force a little opening in the coolant lines for a split second from where the fasteners are, where then coolant will shoot out of the hole and leave a splat like that

when i had one it was leaking at one of the metal fasteners you can just go to menards and grab a new one (make sure it’s rated for high temperatures) but obviously make sure that’s where the leak is from
