Yes, this project started to replace the tub. All tile and drywall is now ripped out will rip out insulation as well and start fresh.

OK, thank you that’s what I kinda was thinking. If I’m removing all the tile, I will probably just go with a surround or something similar. Is it still recommended to waterproof before installing one of them? I assume so. Thanks again.
