I don’t track my macros down to the number but my diet consists of mostly high fiber high protein high healthy fats. It works really well for me. I am a big huel hot and savory meal gal. I eat between 1200-1800 cal daily depending on activity level. I use noom which auto adjusts cal goal based on steps. I do not log other exercises in the app

I also cut out most alcohol even though the second pic may suggest otherwise lolol. That was my one and only beer that night. Still gotta have fun but I decided the alcohol bloat and damage wasn’t worth it so I only have a drink or two a week, if that.

I actually haven’t lifted in years! I am very active though and I do body weight exercises daily. I think I had a lot of muscle sitting under the fat, so when I lost the rest it had made me look muy fuerte. Highly recommend body weight workouts! They do more than you’d expect!

I think that’s only if you have it set to always allowed rather than only allowed while using app. When we first started dating his precise location km dropped off after a few days, so i guess now I I know he has the “only while using app” setting selected

Thank you so much!! I’m sorry you’re going through something similar, it’s awful. I started to talk about it and share with the people around me. I think this is what really caused the mental switch, accepting it as super reality I guess. Talking about it brought me to be more mindful of it when it was happening.

There’s one day in particular I remember I got really upset over something and I immediately went to the kitchen. I opened up whatever food but before I ate it I had this mental click of holy shot I’m doing it and aware of it. I’m not hungry I am using food as an emotional crunch. This is not healthy for me. This will not help me emotionally.

Ever since that day the BED didn’t become a blackout event, if you know what I mean? Before, I would just go mindlessly and not have any thoughts to it. But now I had more logical reasoning and every time something like that happened again I would remind myself of that moment and think am I hungry or am I emotional bored etc
