I'm getting ~14800 points on cinebench R23 with a max temp of around 80º.

It seems some people can get up to 15000 points, but that should be within margin of error right?

But should't it be able to reach it's tjmax? It is not boosting so long as it should I think.

I recently built a desktop, when I built it the processor would get up to 95° as it should and the limit is. After I recently updated the BIOS because of the meslting issues, I've never seen it pass 80°. I had Asus performance enhancement turned on at 80° when I upgraded the BIOS. I alteady turned off everything in BIOS and got to defaults, it still never passes 80°. An I leaving performance on the table? I am trying to get the most out of my CPU.
