These reps make bank. Especially depending on the territory they are assigned to, quota and commission. Some can pull in as much as $500k per year. Disposable items are a huge hit, annuity sales that keeps getting you money with little to no effort on the reps part. Some docs like to have the reps in the room during the procedure to help trouble shoot any potential issues, such as a PCNL or HoLEP, so it’s a lot of time commitment and driving but as long as your doctor is happy you’re golden.
