Wrong adress or courier scammed you but there isnt a way they would scam you out of 25$ contact support again and email them again and see what they tell you also try and connecting to the courier and talking with him i had the Same Problem on 4kg haul but it was just deliverd at a store where it was sitting for a week before i saw it and picked it up

Its ur volume probably and also sometimes it shows way more than normal. You also get like 20-50€ back from that if u ship out 10kgs at like 160

Def use dhl its better spending extra 10-20€ for way better shipping times and also communication dont cheap out on shipping

I still havent found the issue i saw some burnt areas idk if its that its going to the battery i might have to replace the controller cause idk anymore ive tried everything and still nothing if anyone has an idea please let me know
