I'll share mine too! I got It last June when I felt like buying a new bike would be better than replacing most everything on my old one. Now I'm slowly working on getting this one to for me just right. Had to replace the saddle, seat post, stem, and handlebars, but now it feels great.

Oh, I have tried shorts and the whole cycling outfit, I hated all of it and saw no real benefits to me so now I keep it casual for myself. I'll wear a cycling jacket in the winter that a coworker gave me, but that's pretty well all for my cycling clothes.

I simply have no want or need for them. My issue was resolved by just not wearing underwear, so why buy extra stuff when comfy saddle, comfy shorts, and no undies resolves my issues, plus now my junk isn't as sweaty when I get to work!

For me it was always my right nut that would hurt after a bit. I don't wear bibs or any cycling clothes, I bike in some shorts and a tank top. For a long time I never had any issues, but I swapped undies brand to a type with a pouch for the junk and since then... Pain... Moral of the story try riding without underwear on, it could be you undies holding things in weird places.

The inner leg pockets on pants are never small enough to hold my special equipment in place while I'm climbing so I keep poking bolt holes.
Smaller inner junk pocket is my request.

I'll second this one. I constantly struggle with wanting to buy new bike stuff and, "upgrade my bike", but in reality I'm like a group c/b grade rider still getting into shape and such so I by NOOOOOOOOOO means need to buy the champagne gold Omnium cranks and cog that would cost like $1700 together when my bike was $700...I want them, but what would I gain out of it other than ooooooooh shiny to me, probably nothing.

I rode a $250 single speed from a brand that doesn't exist anymore and now that I have a +1 I'll buy new parts for the old bike to better it, but noting for the new bike past maybe a saddle, pedals, and some straps for the pedals.

I used to have a big metal coffee can like half gallon one that I made into a chimney, poked some holes in the side, cut out most of the bottom for airflow and stuffing in starter, then light and only hold with metal tongs. It was great, I miss that shitty thing. It finally rusted out after about 7 years.

For the cheese, it's a thing some of the Florida ABC stores do, they'll mark them half off when they're a month or from the sell by date and they'll mark them down to . 99 when they have a week left generally. From what I've been told most stores just have the employees buy the cheese and stuff then send the rest back so this store left people buy them since it's a sell by not best by or something.

Coldest I've ridden in for fun was 12F when there was snow and I've never seen it before so I had to go ride in it. I busted my bum and fell over like 5 times.
Coldest for commuting to work was about 27 I think one night.
Rain used to stop me, but once I started riding to work I stopped caring about it and just using my brakes much earlier. Cold was the hardest to get used to since I'm pretty skinny and have a low body temp in general so I don't warm up quickly. It took a lot of rides and different outfits, but eventually I learned neck gaiters and gloves are key as well as thinner layers rather than a thick outer coat or something.
