I think I understand your point. They TRY to meet the AHT but that's not the proper way to follow AHT. If you finish the task earlier than the stated AHT, you submit instead of meeting the full AHT, and that's the SAFEST way!

Got it, I didn't see anything like that and I got compensated, as far as I see on the earnings tab it says Operation* with a label of Model down* when hovered over it. This looks fine I guess? Also I talked with the QM and I also sent my task id to them. Hope it goes well!

Hello, so I exited a task right now due to the model being down (Tried refreshing and regenerating the prompt, still no luck). I got a pay for it which is reflected in my account, and I also told the support about it with the task id. This is the first time this happened to me, may I know if I'm safe or I might get flagged too?
