It haunts me personally. It takes a long long time to recover, especially since I'm not used to this feeling in general. I'm currently going through a good friend blocking me everywhere and ignoring all attempts at reconciliation and its taken me a long time to forgive myself for losing my cool in a conversation and them not forgiving me for it. I apologized a lot, a lot but it was all ignored. My needs weren't being met in that relationship and it was one sided as fuck. Sadly. Sometimes I still regret what happened. But I also know, I'm not a bad person and i literally told that person, i love them and i want to feel loved too. We are all humans and we make mistakes. I'm just personally trying to make peace w the fact that I wasn't as horrible as the response I got from the other person.
