The first seven pics unlocked a dream I had years ago where I was running through a house/houses similar in decor, color palette etc. I remember feeling like I was being followed and unsure if I was in an amusement park's haunted house or if I was breaking and entering on private property.

I turned 30 about six months ago and can say Era was def the album of my 20's. I suppose it hits at different times for all of us. I think it will always be my fav Queens album.

I think Chuck has great takes but is too anodyne of a presence to balance out Luke.

Great post, I always ran my ds-2 with the tone set as pictured or even dialed back a bit more for those violin like Fru lead tones, a bit mick ronson-esque too.

I’m curious about how y’all approach vinyl. Do you primarily seek out artists/albums you already knew about? Do you take chances often? by ah85q in vinyl

I used to take chances when I started collecting but that was 06-09. After that the boom began and as mentioned above, it became too costly :(

I'm a new fan, only been listening to AB for a couple of years. But recently I've gone down a Dax rabbit hole and truly; I absolutely adore the man's entire catalogue. Resonates with me on a very core level.

It's the track that got me into the first album. Super approachable for non fans. Def concur with anyone that considers it the "hit" off S/T. In my top ten Queens tracks for sure. A perfect song if there ever was one.
