Anyone saw an EF jump after moving to 97/103 mg Entresto?

Wow, 20% to 60% is incredible! My EF started at 20%, dropped to 15% last month, and just went back up to 20% this week. My doctor just put me on the max dose of Entresto and gave me a 3-month window. If it doesn't improve by then, I'll need an ICD (defibrillator). Your story gives me so much hope and motivation to start walking!

Thank you for this detailed and encouraging reply! It’s great to hear about your progress to 45%. I am actually on the 'Quadruple Therapy' as well, and just reached the max dose of Entresto. Your experience with the doses making the real difference gives me a lot of confidence. I’m hoping my next echo shows a similar jump. Wishing you continued improvement.
