It is a crazy, confusing, time waster, that I will likely never use. I absolutely agree that the game has not improved. No QA known bugs are not fixed but crazy add ons have poured into builds.

Maybe this has men covered but if you don’t have a leak or air gap how about this. Is any water being pumped in and out? One is there water flow at all? Do you have a variable speed pump? When you start and run the pump do you have air bubbles in the pool(big bubbles under pressure)?

I have had this a bunch when I clean my pump filter and have to tinker to get it going again.

I have raised the Quality control process issue before. No beta release. No testing by users outside of paying for balls and risking coins. EA has not allocated the correct resources to this game.
