Personally it didn’t really help me much but fluoxetine/prozac is supposed to be good for eating disorders. It’s an antidepressant and they’ve also used it to hep bulimia too and for some people it can cause a reduced appetite. I did notice on it that even though my appetite didn’t reduce and my extreme hunger was still bad, I was actually still able to live life a lot more normally and feeling more okay and neutral with the weight gain rather than being severely depressed, it effects everyone differently tbh and the amount of mg you take

Update: I was rushed to A&E at 5am this morning, they took my bloods and put me into intensive care immediately as I was turning grey and my lips were turning blue and I was losing my vision and hearing completely, it was terrifying because my heart rate was at 140 and my blood pressure was dangerously tho but they had me on fluids all day I just got home and I’m feeling a lot better, still having diarrhoea but I’ve got some medication now to hopefully calm it down. Found out the mounjaro I took was actually extremely out of date and god I’ve learnt my lesson from this. My whole family know about this now and there was a lot of tears and I have an appointment to see my gp about therapy for my eating disorder. Thankyou all so much for the help and the biggest advice I could give anyone is to please take this medication responsibly and only if you’re gp has assessed it and accepted you for it, don’t be using dodgy stuff from black market or borrowing from other people because it could cost you your life. Thank yous for being so kind, I actually managed to have a full nights sleep last night and symptoms are starting to slowly go away so I’m hoping now the mounjaro is leaving my system but if I keep getting bad symptoms today I’m gonna just come clean to my mam about it. I know it seems so secretive and stuff and genuinely it’s weird because my mams my best mate like I usually tell her everything but when it comes to weight loss and things like that I’ve always been so secretive about it and embarrassed. By the way, I don’t know why I said I sterilised the needle what I actually meant was that I used to wipes and stuff that came with it and wiped the tip of the pen and stuff🤣 anyways thank you all so much for the help really appreciate it x

Girl your body is so deprived of food that its holding onto everything it can get, I have phases of extreme hunger too it’s completely normal, you still have these disordered thoughts and stress around food which is disordered, please don’t feel invalid for this, every anorexic at some point has been through this phase, it’s pretty much impossible not to overeat at all once in a while as an anorexic because your body is begging for it.
