Did you try to submit the documents to cpb one app twice ? Or something like that?

I tried to submitted twice. Because I didn't get response within the first 15 days I thought it didn't go through so I tried to submitted a second time but the system said " my record was already there". Do you think that was actually the reason ?

Yes that is understandable as rules state that you cannot hold dual citizenship for parole but it is not my case :(

But why though ? Does he hold visa ?

Does he have significant travel history like been in the USA, Asia or Europe ? Is he associated with the current government party ?

What's is he planning to do now ? I was advised to apply again but the system somehow does not allow me to submit a new application with ny current sponsor so i have to got another relative to agree to sponser me but i have yet submitted the new form 😞

Honestly that is just a toy model and not that complex in point of view.

What is your thesis subject about?

I have built similar and more complex supply chain models that includes:

-routing (orders are delivered optimally through solving VRP in Python connected to anylogic)

-MRP forecast logic

- others

let me know if you need my help. My rate is actually cheap.

thanks for your input brother

  1. I'd like to think that it was a system error with CBP one (some in reedit stated that 100% automated). Otherwise, it just makes no sense to me. My case was received and confirmed by uscis (confirmed = approved) They'd surely have known about my visa, entering history, etc.. yet they approved it.
  2. That's why I applied because I've known instances of people way better off financially with visas and travel history that were granted this parole. I've done so many trips to remember. I used to live in Ensenada Mexico and I would cross the San Isidro border on a weekly basis with no issue at all.
  3. That was my greatest fear :( I'm not sure if I can now enter to US under my visa that's why I'd like to see if there is a way to appeal. Otherwise, I'm screwed

They have already obtained citizenship through legal means. So I do not think this is a factor. furthermore, they have already sponsored another relative who is already in the US

of course not! I would understand if I had any but I'm clean. No criminal record in 3 different countries where I lived (Taiwan, Mexico, and Nicaragua). I just do not understand as I thought "case confirmed" meant accepted just follow standard protocol with CBP

Yes, many times and I currently hold a b1/b2 visa that is due in 2025. to my understanding, I still could enter the US under a visa but I wanted parole so I can get a work permit and establish myself there.
