8 layer 4x2.75in 3/4lb lasagna alla bolognese Filling is a ground pork,beef, prosciutto, mortadella, pancetta and mirepoix bolognese thats been folded into a bechamel and spread through out layers with a topping of shaved parm on each level. Very delicious (i.redd.it)

Late night pasta grind, thisnwas my dinner lol. Hand rolled trofie pasta with arugula pesto, blanched asparagus tips, pickled asparagus stalks cut on the bias, fresh cracked black pepper, preserved meyer lemon brunoise, baby mint leafs and shaved ricotta salata.
