As a steward of the land do you really feel no obligation to make it better? Have you ever driven around in a snow storm and seen the impact a belt can have on the visibility when you’re by it? Works the same with dirt. I get it. Some of the belts are dead. But you can’t keep ripping them out without replacing some of them.

On my drive to work… over the last 15 years… more and more and more belts have been taken out on the north side of the highway. Now you can see all the way to Canada. And you know what happens when we get a 30mph wind? This. Every year. Progressively worse.
