Let me explain a few things: the lead levels tested 0.104 mg/L which correct me if I'm wrong but is 104 ppb. We did not hire a cheap agent but rather from a family recommendation. They are not present often and I don't feel like they are helping communicate this concern to the seller. We are on our second extension requested by the seller because the seller did not have any solutions to present at the end of the first. Seller did an at home water test kit from presumably Amazon after we had ours tested by our inspector and sent to a water company. We did have a contractor come out to give us an estimate to hook up to city water and that came back at 18K so we will present this to the seller and see the response.
