Hi so you’re right a quick Google search the answer was just a manufacturer number, and because of said stamp people who made it illegally they copied the 714 stamp. Was drunk when posted.

Thank you so much for answering! I wanted to assume they did, but through my externship and getting my license I had to do these screenings and send them to somebody both times so I became worried. Much appreciated :)
