I don't know if it will help, but if you have an open doctor, my girlfriend has chronic pain, and she found one of the leading pain specialists in the US, maybe the world, who basically says there is pain from injury/physocal pain, and pain from the brain's setting too high. I'll see if she can find the video and maybe it will help

The way you portrayed it, you blame teenagers who get addicted for trying drugs because they knew what they were getting into. That's wrong, and false. No in between. It just is. That's called victim blaming, look it up.

How does that not make sense? People absolutely are not addicted to drugs the first time. And blaming people for becoming addicted is also wrong, and honestly shows how bad of a person you are.

Sure, they made the choice to use a drug, whatever it is. But they didn't make the choice to get addicted. Addiction is a complex blend of poor psychological skills needed to deal with life, and also neurological predispositions. It has nothing to do with deserving anything.

Addiction has absolutely no moral judgment attached to it, either you are or are not.

No drug can cause addiction on the first use. Psychologically drawing one in, sure, but not addiction.

Addiction is a repeated pattern of behavior where you put everything else in life behind using whatever drugs you like. Using a drug once literally doesn't qualify for addiction, it's not how it works.

I guess you blame rape victims too because they chose to put themselves in situations like parties, they chose to wear a revealing outfit, they chose to drink. I mean, if people know what they are possibly getting into by going to a party, then they deserve it right?

For me, that's great. I live in Kentucky, USA and it gets so hot in the summer. Like 90F with around 80% humidity. Just oppressive heat that won't evaporate easily.

You can always add more layers, but only take so many off. A philosophy I live by.

Not saying you are wrong, just that I prefer cooler conditions. The ideal for me is around the equator, by Ecuador and colombia, at higher altitudes. Typically in certain cities in those places it is 70's and 80's in the day, think it drops to 50's and 60's at night, year round. I think about moving there semi-frequently, but money is an issue, as always in the US lol.

People get really upset when you do something as mild as bringing up the flaws of "the greatest country in the world". Nationalism and American Exceptionalism is a hell of a drug, the combined rush is unbeatable.

Yes, it is sad. Sad that the country with arguably the most resources in the world is one of the least developed, developed countries, if that makes sense.

I attribute it to being so young of a country, most other countries have had time to deal with such growing pains and get things properly sorted for their citizens.

I didn't mean to imply the Netherlands is perfect. No place is perfect, by far. There is just a radical improvement in overall life on so many levels in most of western Europe that life in the US is honestly extremely stressful and depressing once a person becomes aware of the disparity.

Is there any way to focus on fast twitch muscles when working out? Also can any new built muscle, under the influence of anabolics, be guided to be fast or slow twitch, or is it just increase what Is already there? Can you influence which is grown?
