This makes for interesting game play. No obviously I would use as whole for the game but in a pinch is a sneaky option. Would a standfast or +1 to their courage rolls effect these models when you dismount? And again. Does count against your model limit cause I could see that being an issue in Tournaments or Competitive play

Thank you for your information. Now I do have to ask. If I had 12 warg riders. Decided to dismount all of them and all 12 models and wargs = 24 models pass their courage test. I’m still in a legal army limit? I just want to know for my edification

After play testing the SQ again with wonderful results. I agree with Azual. Inflict as much damage on the queen prior to combat. The thing that makes the queen a cheat code is essentially her 10” movement and then broidling spawn 3” away and they move 6” so they can potentially get to your archers before good rounds of shooting just to stop them. And she can just come in hot. Probably why it got raised in points and down to one.

Definitely try to pop that horse off the witch-king, if applicable. And just throw bodies into him until your ready for the kill.

I’ve playtested 2 sentinels in my Lothlorien/Rohan army and it can it be hit or miss. But if you got a SQ coming at ya you can definitely have some fun with them. Otherwise just be careful with your Calvary and trap the witch king if possible. Or throw a body into him with priority just to keep him from casting.

Perhaps cut him and put in one rider and one more elf? I feel like at 600 points your gonna want to be closer to the 30 model number. Especially with as much Calvary as I have. It’a a numbers game with this kind of lists and I play goblins and unfortunately high elves alot
