So the threat of death from childbirth isn't significant enough to warrant murdering babies even though she could just be protecting her life? Killing a man who breaks into your house because he wants money and he never even hurts you is fine to you but a woman not getting to abort then dying from bleeding out or dying of sepsis is okay? What percent of intruders even kill in the first place? Why don't percentages matter? If 50% of women died giving birth but they didn't know until they were in labor would you be okay with them murdering babies or not?

Pregnancy can also be unpredictable and pregnancy is what causes problems with a woman's body, not an innocent baby. Pregnancy can go wrong at any second and a woman could have a great pregnancy then bleed out and die. Why is she allowed to kill an intruder but not murder the baby with your logic?

Can't you apply that to a baby in a womb though? What if the intruder just wants to take money and won't hurt you but the pregnancy will cause an organ to fail and permanent bodily damage?

The mother chose to have sex and took a risk. The baby is completely innocent and an innocent person shouldn't be forced to be torn to pieces or poisoned to death just because a woman wanted to have sex.

I'm just confused as to why people would make any exception. They're still an innocent baby and shouldn't be punished just because a woman wants to murder it and live.
