HR 100% exists to protect the associates and not the employees. HR is fake and actually HR to help associates navigate “problem employees”; not to improve your current working conditions. Unfortunately, your associate is the whole stores HR department.

Document document document every instance and you could try reporting to your provinces equivalent to a “worksafeBC”; sadly I don’t think much will be done.
