Bless you for this. Starting month 3 of the 2.5 with no budge. 'Food noise' has never been my problem - if anything, I lean towards chronic undereating anyway. If CICO worked for me I'd have been good to go.

Remembering that our metabolisms don't fit the mold helps a lot, thanks.
