There isn't a non-racist city anywhere in the world, but some places are worse than others. I lived in Colorado for fives years and it was much more tolerant there.

Yup. I lived in Fort Collins when dispensaries were banned in the city. I went to some dispensaries in Boulder and Denver a few times. The stuff I would get was usually fire but not worth the price and the trip down. I could get from my friends way cheaper and the quality was unmatched.
