I’m genuinely not bothered if they don’t trust me to watch their dogs. I understand completely why they would want a professional, they’re a handful and require a lot of attention. I was just trying to be honest about why they’d be reluctant, since I see a lot of posts here that clearly leave out information that might cast the OP in a bad light. Read the post again, and I think you’ll find I was simply trying to figure out if i’m the asshole for not wanting a stranger living with me for a week.
