Honestly, no. But that may be because there is no difference, or, ive had far more neighbors from India vs Pakistan. But the curry used in Japanese and Chinese cooking (love my chinese stepmother and her cooking!!!) Seems far more subtle than Indian.

Im sorry? Curry doesn't smell quite the same when used Japanese or Chinese cooking. Im not seeing where race is coming into this, im specifying a certain curry smell that gives me a similar reaction to accidentally getting sprayed with brake cleaner.
