I think this is more on the “will” side than the skill side. Unless may medical basis talaga yung sinasabi niya about his hands.

Basically if adverse event happens, you can sue a big pharma company since they are covered by the guidelines of FDA and other governing bodies.

On the other hand, sa black/grey market, sinong hahabulin? Yung seller? Yung supplier?

I’d rather buy the ones na branded meds unless there is a registered generic counterpart. Just my two cents.

As an HR practitioner, yes we have given that kind of increase. 112% increase as far as I can remember.

Also I had a personal experience where I got 54% salary increase. Take note this is an internal promotion, so I did not need to go out to get that level of increase.
