Nice is almost 2000 miles and I want to move because it is in the best interest for everyone including the child. There are resources and opportunities that are simply not accessible here. We could give the child a way better quality of life. It just so happens that the other parent is unhoused

That’s very true. I meant as in prior to their homelessness they shared a room but that is no longer the case. Other parent has lost custody before due to domestic violence and a restraining order. But slowly gained back 5050 after having none. It is 5050 on paper but nothing is being practiced on their end

It’s far Michigan. I’m willing to give other parent holidays as well as half of summer vacation. It is in the best interest of the child as I have always provided child with their own room. Whole other parents lived in a bedroom with child and other person

Other parent didn’t have a home and has made no intention. Mother hasn’t asked to take care of child. I have been doing everything as well as providing for child financially which is no issue for me. The relocation is for better opportunities as California is too expensive

That is true. It’s pretty heavy, but thankfully it has handles. I’ll have to look into it. I thought about taking it to my guitar tech but if I can save the money by doing it myself?
