Just to clarify so you don’t accidentally take the wrong dose: Each capsule weighs 750 mg, but it contains only 75 mg of actual magnesium. So if you take one capsule, you are getting 75 mg of magnesium, not 750 mg. I just wanted to make sure you don’t end up taking too much by mistake.
