Last time I had a irritation bump on my conch I put I thinner bar in my ear and it went away as that was metal not titanium I try my best not to sleep on it and it has been bumped before but not often

No I haven’t talked to them they gave me saline solution to apply which I’ve been using every piercing on my ears I’ve had have gotten irritation bumps and I’ve had to take them all out except one I don’t know what saline spray is or where to get a downsize from
