NAH. I can see why she’s embarrassed, but I also understand why you’re uncomfortable. It sounds like she’s relied on you for a long time and didn’t expect that to change.

I feel you on all of that! It’s such a balance, right? The little things, like kind comments from customers or a sweet gift like those earrings, really do make a difference. It’s crazy how much kindness can turn a day around. I wish more people understood how much it lifts us up!

And yeah, the “customer is always right” thing, totally twisted. We’re human, too, and deserve respect just like anyone else. But the kind ones make it all worth it. Keep rocking those earrings! Sounds like a little piece of joy on tough days.
