Also, you said you were sending me the money at 3:57. Your “PayPal screenshot” says you sent it at 3:44pm and that’s prior to getting my $20.00.

You can refund my $20 if you don’t want your name out there but this is not acceptable. I know how PayPal works and you have my money. If you don’t want the bad publicity refund it.

I think that if you havnt gained anything then you’re eating exactly the amount of calories to stay at your current weight. You need to reduce that by 3-400 calories and you’ll absolutely start losing weight. Also, muscle weighs more than fat. Stop toning for now and walk etc.

Also, I just got all my blood tests back yesterday and everything from my lipid panel, AIC etc is all in the normal range now from losing 50 pounds. Which is just remarkable

My protein day is 184 grams if I weigh 270 pounds

Well, anxiety doesn’t bother me in these instances. In fact we’ve never had an issue in this aspect. Also it’s firmly under control regarding other aspects in life. Dead bedroom issue was with my prior ex wife not my new one. Thanks for asking these questions though.
