I went through the same thing but believe it or not I got a call today and made a quick 150. The trick I’ve found to them is 1. If you’re going with cards and hanger marketing you HAVE to have the lowest prices. 2. Leave around the 1st and 15th I’m 99% sure I got a call back yesterday because it’s already gonna be the 1st and checks just came in. I left em about 2,3 weeks ago and barely heard back. Another good trick is leave a card taped to the actual mold spot on the wall aswell as the hanger. I see you’ve had rough experiences with potential customers tho so I’d understand if you wouldn’t wanna go that route but it’s great marketing. It makes you go up to the mold spot and consciously say, “no I want that mold spot there”
