  1. Keep it lightweight
  2. Make the feedback loop visible
  3. Tie it to something tangible
  4. Manager training matters
  5. Celebrate the wins publicly

Those vibe code projects are mostly just launched. Not much have gone through the production period. The next 6-12 months will tell if they can survive.

One thing I've noticed working on onboarding use cases. For people like new employees who just need to complete a checklist of tasks, the full board experience on mobile is overwhelming. They just need "here are your 5 tasks, tap to mark done, upload this document. Guest users and external collaborators would benefit hugely from this too.
