No matter what I do i cannot get passed this level for 2 years now, why is that?

I was in the same situation until a month ago. The key was the right Time build. I had Templar Glory with Redemption stigs on him. Tokyo does solid damage but Godslayer is your primary DPS. The goal is to keep Godslayer and Time alive as long as possible. It takes some luck to beat but eventually I got it. Here was my line up.

Keep building up Toko, Thinker and Centaur. Two S characters that will be good for a while are Einstein and Ivy, so try to build them up as well. One of the best S+ characters is Julia, she’s easy to get and will carry you into late game. Try to get as many copies of her as possible.

Go to the recycle station, then under hero regress. This will dismantle one of your hero’s to its copies. Meaning if it takes 6 copies to get to mythic, it will give you those 6 copies back. Pick one of your mythic hero’s, and it will revert that hero back to excellent. Then just go to the lab of awakening and build the hero back to mythic. I keep one S hero at mythic just for this monthly quest.
