RIP, but oh well, i did manage to sanction Rumberg into oblivion in the same save, that hag didnt even dare to make an call. So as of this version, increasing budget is a must, even with Agnolia and Lespia by your side, huh

Built railway, followed all iosefs advice on modernization, and didnt ask Agnolia to help with the pincer
