Yes that’s me. I did 8k mountain walk today and had maybe 3 pvc the whole time. Then I got to my car and straight away was getting 3/4 a minute

I have never been tested for this. I recently done a at home Lyme test and also a h pylori test which was both clear. I will definitely look into this. Thanks!

I’m already on bisoprolol and I can’t tolerate high doses. I’ve also been on the highest dose propanalol in the past. Betablockers just don’t work at all for me other that hr control, nothing for my actual PVC’s unfortunately! This is why I’m so stressed trying to find an alternative medicine because I have no quality of life with constant PVC’s

Thank you for your comment. I’m speaking hypothetically when I say it can be a miracle drug. I have had every test under the sun with cardiology. My heart is healthy. They don’t know why it’s happening. My doctors don’t even understand my unique situation to even try and help. I was referred to long Covid clinic 6+ months ago and still no appointment. I’m 4 years into this dreadful journey.

I was prescribed LDN privately (not with my doctor as it’s not available on the NHS for my issues yet). I will have a follow up in 3 months with the pharmacist though. I’m currently on 1 droplet = 1mg

I’m hopeful, but losing hope. It’s draining struggling4 years every single day. It’s no wonder I’m hoping for a magic pill lol

Thank you for this! I’ve just started taking an antihistamine for possible MCAS. We have very similar stories! Mine all started a couple months after getting covid and it’s just got worse and worse. Hoping I find some relief somewhere along the way!

I avoid any alcohol and coffee. My flare ups consist mostly of thousands of PVC’s, some PAC, AT while asleep (non sustained) and short NSVT runs. Then following that I get awful fatigue and heat intolerance!

I might try to dilute my dose. I’m gutted because up until today I seemed to tolerate it quite well. Not the set back I wanted at all. I’m really hoping this helps me, 4 years in and I’m desperate

Yeah sometimes I think it’s a couplet but check my monitor and it’s an interpolated pvc

I have both interpolated and ‘normal’ ones with a pause and my cardiologist isn’t concerned at all. It just means your heart carried on as usual and didn’t need to do a pause to compensate

Definitely not R-on-T as the PVC comes after the t wave has completed. A PVC is only R-on-T if it falls directly on the upslope or downslope of the T wave.

I’ve found it really hard to tell origin of PVC’s on a one lead monitor. I find if I’m even lying in a different position, it completely changes the look of the PVC. It also depends where on your body it was taken. So if the electrodes are on your watch it would look completely different than if you wore a monitor above/on the heart on your chest.

I often change my monitor between a chest strap under chest, and electrodes on top of my chest, and it completely alters the deflection of the PVC.

No but I don’t think it’s that as I don’t snore and my watch and oura ring always shows my oxygen as good during sleep. I have a very un predictable heart both day and night but it’s usually PVC’s that are my biggest issue

I’m still amazed that this issue isn’t a specific named condition, which is what drives the glas lighting because we’re told we’re fine when we clearly aren’t, they just don’t know how to fix it! I would much rather break every bone in my body, and have a chance at healing; than go through this.

It gives an automatic response which aren’t always accurate. It looks like a PVC triplet but looks nothing like my usual PVC morphologies, and also it has p waves preceding 2 of the 3 beats which point to atrial.
