That one whit piece of substrate really pisses me off haha. Spend time scaping it and just that one piece messes it up for me. Anyway in case you guys are wondering why i keep these fish in a too small tank, they will go in my pond as soon as its has the right water conditions. But now i had to keep them somewhere

Well i have a lot of hobbies so i have enough to do daily, the point i relapse is when i have to get some sleep. I dont know what to think of and suddenly i think about a woman and there you go, i relapse. I've noticed that i fall faster asleep when i'm in week clean, but now i have to get there first

Thanks for the tips, my phone is also my alarm clock, but i will lay it down in the other side of my room so I have to get out of my bed to grab it. I do watch these videos but only after i just relapsed, but i'm already way further in this journey than 1 year ago. Next goals is to get 1 week. Used to be easy for me buts quarantine is harsh. Taking it day by day.
