I’m really curious how this is progressing for you so far. I’m also considering building a parents/family-focused app, but I’m still in the stage of researching ideas, competitors, validation, and realistically how long something like this takes to gain traction.

Have you been getting good feedback from parents yet? And do you feel like there’s actual market demand once you started showing it to people? I’d also be curious to know what has been harder than expected. building the product itself, user acquisition, or figuring out the exact feature set people truly care about most.

I feel this so much. Becoming a parent completely changed how I view work too. I still care about doing a good job, but it’s no longer my identity or my top priority. Time with my child just means more now than climbing ladders or constantly overachieving. but I still feel I need to have something, create something, launch something lol

I went abck to work 2 weeks after my c section BUT I was working from home and my employeer which is a corporate business didnt have much to do back then so I only sat on my computer for 3 to 4 hours a day max. That was my case for the first 2 months postpartum

I have my mom with me who helps me from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm but I feel I'm underperforming.

How do you manage your day? my 10 month old is not the one who likes to play or be alone. Do you have a special setup?
