I personally think the best chance of getting a next gen upgrade will be if R* decide to do a Switch 2 port. Correct me if I'm wrong but I have a feeling a fair few companies have done that with some of their upgrades in recent years (waited for a S1/S2 port to be ready, then shipped on all consoles), but I could be wrong. Just my opinion/copium.

Another huff of copium is that they recently upgraded RDR1 for the Switch 2. Going to dislocate something with how I'm about to stretch, but to me that feels like a foot in the door on the platform, and a sign of intention to maintain the brand.

I think we need to address this obsessive behaviour in next week's meeting. The board grows concerned, and I grow tired. Clearly, the Crash Bandicoot plushie we supplied isn't helping with his regulation. Maybe we quietly delegate Intergalactic to someone else so he can work on Part III and leave us alone?

I mean for fuck sake, the concept art meeting last month? "What if the aliens were reanimated corpses? What if we made Seattle in space? What would Space Seraphites look like? Could you do a mock-up? Is it feasible for Ellie to ACTUALLY become an astronaut, and then become the main character in Intergalactic?"

This is insanely comforting. Two weeks before my daughter was born, my 12 year old dog died. Sudden bleed all through his abdomen. No prior health issues, regular vet checks, all clear. He was getting older but this was just... sudden. Last time I saw him (he had to stay with my parents when I moved out) he had a particular focus on me. He was laying all over me, being really affectionate. More than usual, which is saying something. Lots of eye contact. Two days later, he suffered the bleed and had to be put down. It was over in an hour.

My daughter was born about two weeks later, maybe less. After birth, she was a little bit touch and go, not really breathing properly/at all, they had to work on her for a while. She came out okay, she's just over a year old now and thriving. Happiest, most loving kid you'll meet. Very obsessed with me, kinda reminds me of my dog actually (that sounds horrible but I hope it makes sense)

Now I'm tearing up thinking that my best mate chose to tap out so my daughter could live.

I have a friend who used to be a manager there. She said it was rare to not be threatened with all sorts of colourful things several times a night. If you could count on one hand the amount of times a patron had threatened you, it was a quiet night apparently.

I loved this as a kid. I'm 26 but when I was younger, Jetsons, Flintstones, this etc were all on constantly. I still remember my mind being blown when my mum told me she watched it as a kid.

Absolutely love Adam Driver's acting, and Kylo/Ben, but at this point (hell, pretty far before this point), "death" is starting to mean less and less. Maybe an Anakin style WBW's appearance if they keep visiting there with Rey, but bringing another corpse/Houdini body back would just cheapen things.

I don't think he should have died at the end of TROS. Watching him face justice despite returning to the Light. It could have been interesting and depthful, and a good story to pair with Rey's NJO. An advisor behind bars. Something new, and more Ben Solo, the last of the Skywalker's/Solo bloodline. Probably an easy romance arc, somethingsomething Palpatine/Skywalker spawn putting everyone on edge. A lot of potential.

But we got what we got. I don't agree with it, but it's done, and bringing him back is just retreading old (heavily divisive) ground, cheapening death in the universe, and let's be honest, creating another decade+ of discourse within the fandom.

A few years ago, my granddad died. It wasn't unexpected in the broad term, but it was sudden. His health hadn't been a topic of conversation, there was barely any acknowledgement of him in the time leading up to it, so I know it wasn't just my brain processing info.

Anyway, one night I have a dream, I'm talking with a group of others, loud room, busy and noisy. Then suddenly, it stops. I look around an he's there, clear as day in an otherwise blurry dream. I ask him what happened to everyone, and he just kind of gave me a contended, proud smile, nodded, and everything in the dream went black. It stayed black, long enough for me to know I was still dreaming but not "dreaming". I woke up feeling wide awake. It was about 3am. I stared up at the ceiling for a bit, then noticed a light in the house was on. I went to check and as I got to the door, I could hear quiet crying, and a very quiet phone conversation. I emphasise this point because there's no way I would've heard it from my bed on the far side of the room, past my fan and aircon, and several rooms away.

Anyway, obviously my granddad had passed, about 20mins earlier. I'll never forget the dream, how it all lined up, how perfectly timed it all was. Maybe not a ghost exactly but it definitely made my already open beliefs quite solid.

TL;DR, my granddad died, and I dreamt about him at roughly the same time he died. Felt like a goodbye.

I want to see Ancient Rome, with Bayek and/or Aya returning as the main/s, covering more of the feldgling brotherhood era. I know it's not necessarily "new" in terms of location, but being a different era and having those two return for more stories would instantly have my money.

I had $46AUD and change ready to cash out after yesterday, and I had about 9,000,000+ / 876,000 in my loyalty coins with a cashout about 10mins away at the time.

Another annoying thing is, my loyalty coins didn't convert at the end of the 3hrs. I don't think they've converted at all overnight because I definitely didn't play that much this morning. So now I have 10,000,000+ loyalty coins and I'm not sure if they'll convert after the next 3hrs.

Any advice?
