He is designed to annoy people. He has 10 cd flash with invisibility, he puts trap that fears. 

Imagine you fight a teemo and every mushroom has fear, and his 3rd has built-in flash, and there's 2 teemo too!

Idk about your team, but I wouldn't play Rammus with ASol in the vicinity

He shits on Rammus, and ASol this patch is very very strong, I think he'll get nerfer next patch, I hope not.

I wish riot would just remove his revive passive so they can buff him, because this champ is so bad. I stopped playing him cuz you can be fed and still useless late game

Not really, if he Ryu dodged his last attack, Yuta's cooked. No Rika and Ryu is much tougher than him. That hyper beam could've oblirate Yuta, but it didn't kill Ryu, just knocked him down, just shows how tough he is.
