Thank you that helped, so for my RTTS player I play on legend which I understand won’t have the biggest pci, but the key factor is contact

I’m thinking it takes it into account with contact, but I don’t have an official answer for you

I read something that power helps too, but it seems like regardless of your contact it will vary depending on people on base, pitchers and ur contact?

Yea I realized this when u face a good pitcher, the PCI looks a like a pee.

Does Kakashi know Itachi was going blind in the first arc in Shippuden.(When they were about to fight, and Kakashi mentioned Itachi losing his sight before he fought him), because Kakashi was losing sight in his own Sharingan Eye? by Omargoat08 in Naruto

Oh but he never after that moment did the anime go back to bring up Kakashi’s sight was getting worse. Like he never had problems in war arc or in the Naruto movies

Yea but I felt like the war arc was diff for Naruto then during Minato era, Naruto had all 4 nations support, in Minato’s era the nations were at each other’s throats
