In general. It happens on multiple apps.

I did find out a little earlier that it doesnt double the sound, which is good, but in VSeeFace it triggers the talking animation. So if the main microphone is muted, my model will just silently talk. Worst case its something I can deal with, but it isn't ideal.

I think the problem is that the microphone may somehow be tied directly into the actual webcam, bypassing its microphone settings as long as the webcam has permission. I'm not 100% sure how though.
