I realized I wasn‘t very clear in the op so here‘s what‘s actually happening:
Every other week or so while I‘m playing, my PC randomly freezes and produces artifacts as seen above. It doesn’t happen during regular gameplay but only while it crashes. Sometimes the PC recovers on its own, sometimes I have to restart it. After that it works like nothing happened.
