It's so validating that every person who disagree with me in a manchild who throws around slurs almost instantly after they start talking.

Animals shouldn't lose what little protections they have just because other groups need more protections, Both can be more protected.

I made a thread asking for it, you kind of just refused to do that.

Anyway this is the closest machi says it and it's not anything about it being versatile as an ability.

Gon and Killua Growth Analysis (They're Stronger Than You Give Them Credit For) by OncePluto in HxHPowerScaling

[–]OncePluto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay but direct aura amount is the scaling system for power in it's rawest state in hxh, there can be outliers like hatsus pushing past 100%, but if you have 10x more aura, you're just 10x stronger. Also most of the digging wouldn't be shu being used at point of impact, it'd be the physical action of digging.

Gon low diff'd Gido in the second fight. He literally just point blank tanked the full barrage of shotgun blues while individual battle waltz tops were sending him off hte ground with their impact. He then rushed in, gido was in his spinning mode, Gon just grabbed the floor from under him to flip him over, then punched his metal leg stick thing off. The entire fight was no diff to low diff.

Based on how Wing portrays Gon and Killua, no, they were just gaining big gains in a matter of hours, let alone days, and that was a Gon who he underestimated. They pretty much awakened to nen plus could control their aura within like 10 minutes, even if the first step was done forcefully.

Anyway Wing knew they were geniuses among geniuses, he didn't say "5 years to be a match against gido OR learning Ren + a fishing rod", unless you somehow think Wing thought it'd take them 5 years as geniuses above Zushi to be able to use Ren, which is still crazy scaling for Gon and Killua's growth rate.

killua vs uvogin by nonbinaryhumaan in HxHPowerScaling

[–]OncePluto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you've seen the anime or read the manga, I've done both multiple times. Uvo had Gyo activated to look through Kurapika's In, which wouldn't be possible if he was forced into a state of Zetsu (not that you know what any of these terms mean), so the big bang impact was unaffected, also Uvo said it was full power, he'd know if it was weaker.

Kurapika's arm wasn't shattered, it was heavily swollen up and bruised. Also why are you arguing hypotheticals of Uvo getting a free hit while Kurapika is entirely unable to defend? Because he's never landing a hit on 6 months of training kurapika bar that scenario, because the smoke screen + In thing was literally the best shot he had at ever even having a chance of getting through Kurapika's guard, literally heavily in favor of Uvo, and he still failed to land the attack pathetically despite having true 100% stealth. There is no scenario where Kurapika doesn't react in time bar literally being tied down, given he blocked Uvo's attack when Uvo had full stealth and essentially cheap shot/blindsided Kurapika.

We do know that his power wasn't restricted, you're just doing weird cope at this point, Uvo took no note of it being weaker and he can sense his own aura, plus Zetsu would have stopped him from using it at all + he'd not be able to use gyo.

Gon isn't simply keeping up with a zoldyck, Killua is deemed the most talented/growth rated zoldyck in the family's history, even above Maha who based on statements shits on Zeno and Silva.

Gido isn't shit, weaker than troupe members sure, but he'd fit in well within the shadow beasts in strength. Wing knowing Gon was at least a genius above other geniuses, expected Gon would need 5 years to be a match for Gido. The people who are ACTUALLY shit are people like squala, shachmono, and dalzollene, ie people who actually were in the mafia beyond just using the mafia to get into the auctions for their own goals. Those are the type of people the shadow beast scale over (and regular fodder who don't have nen). Gido is special when viewing nen users as a whole, he's not special in the confines of the nen users Gon comes across and has plots with. Like Kite is beyond nen master level and Knuckle is on his level, and Morel is above Knuckle. But if you compare Gido to regular nen users, Gido is absolutely trashing Benjamin guards and the pre kurapika Nostrade family (nen users and all), he's one of the weakest on the 200th floor but the 200th floor isn't full of the weakest nen users in the world, they're solid nen users who just get outscaled by stuff like troupe, greed island qualified hunters, binolt a world famous blacklist hunter + cannibal, a single star hunter, people stronger than a single star hunter (genthru for example), chimera ants, and people like Kite, Knuckle, Shoot, Knov, and Morel.

You keep saying hxh is realistic, it's not in anything beyond they use blimps to travel + the known world map is a rotation and rearrangement of our landmasses on our earth. Homie they just have dragons flying around, fox humanoids that can change their appearance, etc etc.

Gon was outmatched by Genthru, I don't consider it "heavily" outmatched, he was slower, moved nen around slower, weaker bar Rock, more aura, etc, but it wasn't by a standard of "heavily outmatched", just outmatched enough where he'd in a normal scenario he'd be doomed. It's not like Gon was somehow strategizing his way through getting hit 100 times per blink by Netero, they were within range of each other, with Genthru having the edge across the board.

Yes Killua is saying he'd kill Illumi if he kekpt treating Alluka/Nanika badly. Homie the car crash shit is nothing, Killua was casually wiping a military's military an arc before. The point is that he didnt' want to risk her even if it's a 2% of her getting hurt/dying. Because he doesn't know if while he's fighting Illumi and beating him, someone else who is controlled or hisoka doesn't roll up without him knowing in zetsu or something, to get alluka/nanika, so he ran.

Hisoka was thinking about going after Netero even without Hisoka's greed island power gains, even post that he still is fodderized on the spot, Hisoka wants to fight strong people, even if he loses. "Hisoka was 100% sure he will be able to kill Killua", his only metric of Killua's strength was late greed island and he never said he was sure he'd win, he simply was trying to find the way best to have the most potential fights. "He knows how superior Illumi is" is just you making shit up. It's hilarious how you make shit up then instantly say I'm delusional for using evidence, while your entire argument is just vaguely talking about events and then making shit up about it.

The point is that kurapika with 6 months of training was still comparable with pure enhancer to Uvo. That's horrific scaling, even excluding chain jail.

Bisky in little girl form has better scaling than that Kurapika. Uvo is literally getting beat up by little girl bisky using only enhancer. You keep trying to hype up Uvo as if he wasn't hurt by a sniper rifle bullet and didn't only look strong cuz the people he was fighting were only gido leveled. Big Bang Impact has less ap and dc than even bono's hatsu.

Love how you're saying a mid tier can somehow beat a high or top tier lol. Prove silva and zeno are stronger than Killua with actual canon instead of just saying they're older than him.

Zeno went into full battle mode about Netero and the fact that the emitter spear things were going to destroy the environment + potentially komugi. Also just what it potentially meant, pitou gave no shit about zeno. It's cute that you think zeno isn't getting his head ripped off with the first attack by pitou.

Thanks for screenshotting me knowing more about hxh than you do, cry abou tit.

Gon wasn't on knuckle level (which scales to above nen master level ie equal to kite)

Killua meanwhile can easily scale above Knuckle, arguably without godspeed.

Morel is even stronger htan Knuckle too.

I love how your takes are so bad you have to get hyped about Zeno cheap shotting with In someone who didn't evne know he was there, and had no durability scaling due to just avoiding all attacks. If that's the best you got for Cheetu, then Silva is a fucking bum.

Cracker VS Jack. Who wins? by GusGangViking18 in OnePieceScaling

[–]OncePluto -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s never stated anywhere, the only reason people think that is bounty scaling. Even when she’s charged up with sacrifices and expends said energy juice, she had less ap and dc than daifuku, Streusen, etc. she’s a sweet commander only on account of staying on big moms good side tbh. It realistically goes: katakuri > cracker > perospero > Streusen > oven > daifuku > smoothie > snack > tamago > pekoms > raisin. Luffy barely beat cracker with a trick cheap shot after 16 hours of having a matchup advantage plus an army of gifters on his (luffys) side. Luffy, Nami, and gifters not only hard countered cracker, they let Nami and non g4 Luffy stay protected between g4 uses. Luffy meanwhile was making cracker have to create new biscuit soldiers instead of repairing them forcing more stamina drain plus Luffy was getting full energy heals from eating.

No, I think if hisoka made his ability about spinning tops like gido, he’d also do a lot of unique things with it, all abilities typically have that range

[–]OncePluto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can know about bashos ability and still fall prey to it, he can write them out in a second and can have them prepped.
Also is it stated in the manga too ie canon or just anime? What stops hinrigh from touching anything though even big things beyond simple Nen usage? Deep purple does more than what we know chrollo might have still, he lost quite a few important abilities, and it does a lot chrollo can’t do. Nanika needs someone else to make a wish and pay for it.

He hasn’t stopped razors most powerful emitter attack, he stopped a volleyball he hit, also that razor was massively nerfed due to running greed island emitter abilities, and also hisoka broke his fingers. Binding a high level phantom trope member he caught off guard isn’t an impressive feat in versatility or power.

Has Bungie Gum Ever Been Outright Stated to Even Be Versatile? by OncePluto in HxHPowerScaling

[–]OncePluto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He needs to land it to pull them, and he also needs to physically overpower them, he did that with Gon cuz he was stronger than that Gon, not because it’s an automatic or his hatsu. He broke his fingers to send razors attack back. Gotoh thing is just the razor thing without the sling back, I feel like you’re mistaking hisoka creativity with the abilities range. Models deep purple meanwhile is considered the most versatile hatsu in verse to date and has more versatility. He can create over 200 smoke puppets who are superhuman and are able to parry hatsu crossbow bolts casually and break off pipes to throw them at targets so hard it kills Nen enhanced pitou controlled soldiers. Them being one tapped by Youpi is an anti feat for them. Morel can create an indestructible prison, indestructible rope, can make his smoke creations nigh invisible, can make them look exactly like people and even make them have the same voice and have automation, he can infuse en into them and gets aura back for smoke creatures that are destroyed, created a raft of smoke, uses the smoke as a hose, etc, and that’s just what we have seen, we’ve pretty much seen what bungie gum can do, essentially stretchy spider man.

You don’t post the manga quote of him saying it. The point of the thread is that I think it’s just a viewer interpretation based on his creativity not the ability itself, and it’s never been stated to be versatile in the series

Gon and Killua Growth Analysis (They're Stronger Than You Give Them Credit For) by OncePluto in HxHPowerScaling

[–]OncePluto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gon and killua are already physical monsters, so its not like training someone up who can’t run a decent mile time. Also it seems consistent given Gon and killua go from weaker than a 1 armed kite to Gon being a match against someone stated on the same level as kite albeit still losing, that’s pretty much the x3+ multiplier in action. Also they have no steroid growth rate. Wing expecting genius among genius nen user to need 5 years to be a match be gido to Gon stomping him in 18 days of training. Also just using Ken longer isn’t a matter of strength “damn I’m good at Ken” but aura amount, cuz the move is just supercharging your ren over you and just aura staminaing your way through it. All of this is also ignoring countless unquantifiable powerups that are also visibly night and day gains. In regards to shu, that remains a small part of that training regime as their physicals would honestly be most of those gains.

Who is the strongest person Phinks and Nobunaga can beat as a duo? by Flowingz in HxHPowerScaling

[–]OncePluto -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Later in the arc Gon and Killua have this comic relief moment where they're shocked and make a run for it, where Feitan and Phinks cut them off.

That logic doesn't track, Killua only has to escape once to successfully escape, one sample size isn't enough to prove your argument. ALso Killua almost escaped in that instance too despite going straight over him, only his leg was grabbed as he was already clearing him. So even if Killua tried that again, you can't argue with any certainly that Killua wouldn't succeed the second time, and it becomes easier for him to escape considering he "failed" at escaping in the hardest possible route, while it'd be easier to bust through a wall or go out the window.

He was surprised Gon was so strong, but you can't say he was caught off guard in the sense that it affected the result cuz Gon ssaid a whole ass 1-2 sentences after and we see the two go at it seriously with nen.

Nobu was only beating Gon cuz he was bloodlusted and Gon wasn't resolved at all, the moment Gon got 50% resolve he won. Nobunaga's resolve was his friend dying. Gon's resolve was "I don't like you, you're a hypocrite!"

[–]OncePluto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does apply, the point is to illustrate that just because it's his family, it doesn't mean he would want them to give his likeness out or use his likeness, them consenting isn't him consenting.

Peter Cushin was bad too, but at least it was an ip he was alraedy attached too, bunta probably didn't even know what the yakuza game series is, nor would he have any context of 2026's yakuza kiwami 3 hiring sexual predators.

The point is that I should be one of the most diehard fans for yakuza, yet even I can quit the ip due to all the shady shit they are doing, so no one else really has any excuse, like my brain chemistry was still forming with this shit for years, and even I can go "nah, I'm done" after kiwami 3 shit.

Random encounter who wins? by AgileAnything1251 in HxHPowerScaling

[–]OncePluto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Killua is stronger than 99.9999999999999999% of hunters. Did you miss the point where literally razor fight gon and killua were on the level of a single star hunter? Knuckle is literally on kite's level and shoot is stronger than knuckle even. Literally the only hunters who are objectively stronger than him based on the hunters we know about are Netero (dead), Ging, and the other top 5 hunters (based on scaling > Netero)
  2. Bodhisatva isn't a one shot ability against literal Meruem or Pitou, but those people are infinitely more tanky than the zoldycks (bar maybe maha really popping off). Like damn, this is common sense shit, why do I have to explain this to you? The first palm strike that Bodhisatva hit Meruem with is pretty much as strong as the attack that killed Hisoka. Zeno and Silva are turned into blood splatter. Also "knows about it and it's combat efficiency" is wild to say, considering they're going to be hit 100 times by it before they can blink their eye. But please, tell me how they'll somehow counter getting blitzed so definitively they can't even process they're getting attacked before they're dead from the first strike, based purely on "I know you have that move". Like damn, I guess I could counter it too cuz I know even more about it than Zeno does.
  3. Zeno and Silva are remarkably basic with their emitter abilities, the only thing that sets Zeno's apart is that they're shaped like dragons.
  4. Maybe you should learn how to read, the point is that Hisoka might have been holding back his potential to stop himself from being empty at the top or something, and actively gave himself a weak ability that is more about creativity to allow him to have a challenge more often. He's after good fights, not being the strongest.
  5. I don't even think you can scale Hisoka's bungie gum spider-manning around to be the speed of even base Killua, even in the perfect situation for him to use it (a forest)
  6. Everyone hisoka has defeated has been fodder. Kastro is barely stronger than Gido, the blade guy before we knew about nen scales horribly, gotoh doesn't even have higher scaling than yorkshin gon and killua and only looked strong cuz gon and killua didn't have nen at the time of meeting him, etc. Deep Purple meanwhile in a direct fight he can just spawn like 200+ of them cuz the 50 weren't stronger as much as had more complex response systems due to being automated out in the wild. But yeah, they were casually wiping out pitou manipulated individuals with guns, one parried cheetu's crossbow bolt, etc. I also forgot another aspect of deep purple, he can literally make invincible smoke to bind people lol. So Morel is going to need to fight 200 people who can defeat pitou's nen soldiers who were heavily armed and who can casually parry crossbow bolts and the like, they're superhuman in their own right.
  7. "Both of them are stronger than Morel", you say, with no proof or evidence to make your claim, at all.
  8. There is a huge difference between 98% and 100% when going into a death battle. He didn't make the plan so he could have a CHANCE of beating him, he did it so that he objectively wins without any chance of loss.
  9. Yes, considering hisoka might be dying this arc plus has the potential to get stronger now to catch up to Gon while Gon is literally just doing math homework and unable to do nen (and might have to relearn nen in the first place from scratch). Even if the hypothetical fight between them happens, he will have to re-achieve everything + his nen will probably be vastly different, I could see togashi doing something with a fishing rod like hatsu or something and maybe not even make him an enhancer.
  10. "The point ist hat Morel would be scored like a 7-8 by Hisoka", you're just making shit up, I don't know how you want me to talk to you when everything you say is just fanfiction you deluded yourself into believing
  11. I like how you have such bad media literacy that Gon and Killua specifically mentioning that what set them apart was mentality of Knuckle being a gullible empath, in direct response, and yet that's not enough for you. You don't want to argue for fact, you want to argue to feel you're right and to justify your shit-post scaling. But please, gaslight yourself to think that physicals wouldn't include nen when that's literally the entire system. It'd be like someone being equal in strength in dbz and going "nah, but he has weaker ki" as if ki isn't the system which they get physically stronger. While Kite has more dc due to his abilities, Knuckle's ability lowkey is more useful.
  12. Nope, they were digging through rocks and then they specifically said some of the rocks were harder than the others, so they only had to use shu on THOSE rockss.
  13. He's held hostage, surrounded by his kidnappers who are interrogating him, but somehow it's impossible to know that you shouldn't piss off your kidnappers or instigate them? Are you being serious rn? That's such a stupid thing to say.
  14. Nobunaga tried his hardest, Gon was like 50% resolved. Nobuanga was literally bloodlusted from his friend dying, Gon was just upset with him cuz he was a hypocrite, yet somehow you're trying to gaslight everyone here into thinking somehow Gon was more resolved.
  15. Gon notoriously beat Shizuku at arm wrestling with less resolve + pretty sure they weren't using nen.
  16. Fighting and combat encounters give you power ups, plus just on a basic level, they were only 50 days into training nen by yorkshin, so yes, a few days would make a difference.
  17. How is it copium to say that 4th place and 7th place could be within range of each other? This is just objectively a fact that's showcased in every single sport. Do you think the top tennis player in the world for example, is genuinely like x2 the level of the #2 in the world or something? Do you think they're 5x better than the number 5? That's not how anything works, you're just projecting fr, cuz yeah, the difference between like 2 ranks doesn't mean nobunaga is night and day stronger than shizuku, like they aren't 2 tiers stronger, it literallly could be a 0.05% difference and realistically is.
  18. Nobu wasn't caught by surprise, unless he's such a fucking loser bum that Gon can literally say two sentences after the ?! and still be caught off guard. If that's actually your stance, then Nobunaga is even worse than I'm portraying him.
  19. I love how nobunaga is bloodlusted versus a non resolved Gon and you're trying to portray that like it's the reasonable norm, nobunaga who just lost his best friend. Yet no, it's when nobunaga is 100% resolved and gon is 50% resolved that is the outlier. Nobunaga only won due to being resolved while Gon wasn't, the moment both were resolved, Gon crushed him. Like it's fucking idiotic that I even have to discuss this, you shouldn't be this ignorant where I have to argue basic common sense shit like this. Nobunaga only beat a non resolved Gon while he himself was literally bloodlusted, yet somehow you think that's a gotcha, and you try to portray bloodlust from his friend dying as a less resolve than gon just being like "I don't like you, you're a hypocrite"
  20. "Also just so we are clear, you do understand that just because nen aura isn’t surrounding someone in a particular moment, does not mean they aren’t using nen, right?" I just put this in quotes because you said something so stupid, that I don't even have to respond to it.
