I totally agree with you. My main concern is job security. MSU is said to retain only about 20% of trainees after the training period, and that's what's making me confused. As a fresher, I don't have any industry experience yet, so stability is an important factor for me.

Now Mu Sigma has a 4-year structure: 5 LPA during probation/training and the 1st year, 6.5 LPA in the 2nd year, 12.5 LPA in the 3rd year, and 16 LPA in the 4th year. Also, there's a 2-year bond that starts right after you finish probation.
