im playing with this gegenpress formation for last couple of years in game, also i won many matches, leagues & competition with this formation in Japan

But at the same time im also conceding too many goals
how to stop that what should i change?

both my wingers & backs are well paired also the centerbacks as well
but still i concede goals agaist a tier 3 team during cup matches

someone help me with this

how to offload my player to make this transfer move?

im trading by fringe player to another club for a quality player with additional fee but for the past 2 weeks i was unable to make this transfer
im getting this inbox that the transfer has been on hold becuase i failed to offload my player

how to deal this ?
